Shalom travelers!
My name is Aviel Haim, and besides being a passionate and experienced professional in travel and tourism management, I am also a traveler just like you!
After having worked in my own tour companies in South America and having lived in Australia, I moved to Israel in 2018 where I started working in incoming tourism as a tour operator. Now, I am glad to be an independent travel planner for Israel able to provide expertise in organizing your next adventure to this wonderful side of the world.
I have always enjoyed helping travelers like you, have the best possible travel experience, as I believe a trip is a very special time to relax, open your mind, cultivate yourself and gain memorable experiences that would last a lifetime.
As an independent tour planner, I am not limited to only what tour operators have to offer., therefore, I can also help you arrange your trip with more local experiences like considering public transportation such as buses and trains, and social events where you can meet locals, staying on private properties like Airbnb instead of hotels, and more. The trip can be tailor-made depending on your interests, background, and budget. You are the one who takes the decision of what to do, where to stay, and how to travel.
If you are a traveler who is looking for a traditional tour package, I can send you regular tour package deals that usually include transfers, tours, hotels, touristic transportation, admission fees, and half board, or I can also assist you to create a tailor-made itinerary built of daily tours so that you can choose the ones you are most interested in. This second option is ideal for people who want to have the freedom to choose their lodging arrangements, and not be subject to a specific list of hotels or for travelers who already have a place to stay. You may consider joining a group tour, having your own private tour, or even doing part of your trip by yourself.
Every traveler is unique and different., therefore, their travel arrangements should be as well.

- Creation and delivery of a tailor-made and detailed itinerary with places that you will be able to visit on your own as tourist attractions, restaurants, landmarks, and more.
- Assistance on WhatsApp before and during your trip to Israel.

2.2 Travel consulting – Express Service
This service is ideal if you want to clarify doubts and make specific queries. It may include:
- A Zoom meeting of up to 60 minutes
- Delivery of a PDF file by email with the answers to your questions
- The amount paid for this service may be used as part of the payment of an upgrade in case you wish to hire the trip planning and tailor-made itinerary service.

2.3 Personal Assistance in Israel
- Personal assistance for one or more days in Israel. It may include accompanying you to different tourist attractions not included in regular tours, meet, and greet at the airport, and traveling with you between cities or regions in Israel.
- Take pictures of you, and provide orientation, and recommendations for restaurants, shops, and places to visit.
- Help you to communicate with locals in Hebrew, as your interpreter in shops or public areas.

2.4 Trip Planning for Groups
- Creation of a customized itinerary suited to your group´s interests.
- Assistance in choosing the best tour operator for your group.
- Support in negotiating the best price with the tour operator, giving you advice and strategies to reduce costs if you wish.
- This service is also ideal for travel agencies around the world looking forward to organizing trips to Israel.

3.Tours
These are tours offered by different tour operators in Israel, they are not operated by myself, but I am happy to give you discount coupons for most of them ?. Each company is the solely responsible for providing the service as they mention in the itinerary, conditions, and policies.
Bein Harim Tours, a company with decades of experience in daily tours and tour packages in Israel, offers the most popular daily tours in the country.
Let me give you some advice:
Tours that include Jerusalem, Bethlehem, the Dead Sea, Masada, and Jericho are better to book from Jerusalem as their price is lower, and the distance to go shorter., on the other hand, tours that include Caesarea, Sea of Galilee, Nazareth, and Golan Heights are better to take them from Tel Aviv, for the same reason., however, any tour can be booked to be picked up from Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Herzliya, and Netanya.

4.Hotels and lodging
If you are planning to book daily tours, I suggest booking hotels centrally located, preferably in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem, depending on the daily tours you want to book. This way the pickup point may be just a walking distance from your lodging.

Traveling to Israel without travel insurance is not a smart decision, taking into consideration the high cost of private medical care in the country.
